FAQs

Where is the Lounge Entrance?: The dedicated entrance for the Lexus Lounge can be found on West Main Street, to the left of the marquee. This entrance will be marked with red velvet ropes and "Lounge Entry" for easy identification. Click this link to view directions to the venue from Google Maps.

Please note that the Lexus Lounge entrance is followed by a large set of stairs. The Lounge Manager on-site may escort guests to the Lounge via elevator, located in the main Box Office lobby. Please let our staff know, upon arrival, if you require or would prefer to utilize the elevator for entry. The Lounge Manager will be called immediately to assist you.
Is the Lounge ADA Accessible?: The Lexus Lounge itself is ADA-accessible. The entrance to the lounge is followed by a large set of stairs. Should you require or prefer to utilize an elevator for entry, please let our staff know upon arrival. The Lounge Manager will be called to escort you immediately.

Both restrooms in the Lexus Lounge are ADA-accessible. These restrooms include a private room with a sink in the same room. Staff can direct guests to these facilities upon arrival.

If you have purchased an ADA Lexus Lounge pass, our Premium Sales team will reach out via email prior to the date of your visit to discuss opportunities to accommodate your party.
When Should I Arrive?: Note that the Lexus Lounge opens 90 minutes prior to showtime. With early access to the venue, we encourage you to arrive at your leisure but would suggest allowing 45 minutes - 1 hour of time to adequately park, visit the Lexus Lounge, and locate your seats for the performance.
I've Purchased Access. Will I Receive Tickets?: Access to the Lexus Lounge is run off of a guest list. There will be no physical tickets or e-tickets sent to guests ahead of the show.

Upon arrival at the Lexus Lounge entrance, you will be asked to present a valid ID for entry. Note that your ID should match the name on your reservation. All guests in your party are encouraged to arrive together. Your tickets to the performance will be scanned following your entry.
How Long Does the Lounge Stay Open?: The Lounge will remain open until the main act takes the stage of through the show intermission, when offered.
How Will my Food Allergy be Accommodated?: Following your Lexus Lounge access purchase, please reach out to our team via email at premiumsales@asmrichmond.com to discuss options to accommodate your food allergy.

Please note that most accommodations will require 48 hours notice.

Lexus Lounge passes do not include your ticket to performances at the venue. Passes must be added to your ticket purchase. Benefits are subject to change.
