The pricing below is for season seat packages to all six shows in the 2023-2024 Broadway in Richmond Season. Click on the day below for the performance you prefer to attend (i.e. Tuesday, Saturday Matinee, etc.) to begin the purchase process. Simply follow the prompts to the checkout page.

FAQs

Do I have to buy for all the Broadway season shows or do I get to pick which shows I want on my package?

The six-show package includes FROZEN, SIX, ANNIE, TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, TINA, and BEETLEJUICE. Subscribers can add GRINCH to any package for an additional cost.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Season Ticket Holders are able to exchange performances in the same show’s run with no fee. Once the Subscriber exchange period begins, we recommend exchanging as early as possible for the best seating options. Please note that seating options for exchanges can be limited and if changing into a higher priced performance or seating location, a price difference may apply.

Can I add-on additional tickets for certain performances?

Yes. For adding seats to individual shows in your package, be aware that seating may be limited and there is a possibility that you may not find seats available next to your season seats. Your subscription seats can be moved to accommodate your additional ticket purchase.

Are payment plans available?

Payment plans are available to all renewing season subscribers.

Should I choose a payment plan, when do my payments start?

This benefit is only for renewing subscribers. The first payment will be due when you login to renew.

How do I get my tickets?

Tickets for the upcoming season will NOT be mailed, but delivered electronically via Etix to the email linked to your account. Your season tickets will be delivered 7 days prior to the first show of the season. Watch your email for further communications.

How can I change my seat location, the number of seats, and/or the performance I attend?

If you are renewing your Season Subscription but would like to make changes to your reserved seats (improving seat location, changing days), you can now process a Package Exchange within Account Manager for your unpaid reservation. Look for the green 'Exchange' button on your Order within Account Manager. 

Season Subscribers can also submit a change request through Account Manager if looking to increase or decrease the number of seats in your subscription package. Look for the green 'Request Change' button and input your request.

Requests will be processed on a date-received basis after the renewal deadline.

How do I know what my performance dates are?

Please log in to Account Manager to view your upcoming events.

How do I renew my subscription?

Renewing Season Subscribers may log in to Account Manager to renew their subscription. Renewing takes less than 5 minutes!

 

  1. Visit BroadwayInRichmond.com/Renew and follow the prompts to log in to Account Manager.*
  2. Once in Account Manager, find My Invoices and click your Order ID.
  3. If you are renewing but would like to make changes to your reserved seats (improving seat location, changing days), you can now process a Package Exchange within Account Manager for your unpaid reservation. Look for the green Exchange button on your Order. More details provided at BroadwayInRichmond.com/Renew.
  4. Subscribers can also still submit a change request if looking to increase or decrease number of seats. Look for the green Request Change button and input your request. Requests will be processed on a date-received basis after the renewal deadline of April 14.
  5. When you are ready to renew, click the green Make a Payment button. As a renewing subscriber, you have the option of purchasing your season tickets in full or on a payment plan. If you select the payment plan option: 
    • One-fourth of your invoice total is due at renewal, with the remaining amount paid in three additional installments on May 15, June 15, and July 14, 2023.
  • Orders will need to be paid in full before seat changes are made.
  • Payment plans cannot be processed using PayPal as a payment method. Do not make your first payment via PayPal.

What week is my FROZEN performance in?

All season ticket holders have tickets for FROZEN during the first week of the run, with exception of Tuesday Subscribers, who will have tickets to the Tuesday performance in the second week of the run. If you need to exchange your tickets for a different date, you will have an opportunity to do so at a later date. Watch your email for further communications.

How do I add GRINCH to my Broadway season?

Renewing subscribers can purchase their same seats for their standard package via Account Manager. New subscribers will need to contact the subscription office for assistance after placing an order online, and will be able to purchase their same seats as their package.

Adding more tickets, or choosing different dates and times, will be available as an option later this summer.
