A Message to Our Patrons

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and in keeping with the latest government advisories, we are continuing to monitor the situation, work with our promoter partners, and do what is in the best interest of our patrons and the community at large. The health and safety of patrons, guests, performers, artist and employees is our highest priority. We continue to monitor guidance from the CDC, WHO, and our corporate office, and remain in close contact with our local public health officials.

Latest Updates:

Wicked - March 30, 2020

With Governor Northam’s announcement of the statewide Stay-At-Home order effective through June 10, 2020, we are working with the producer of Wicked, scheduled for June 3-14, 2020, to determine if the show can be rescheduled. Additional information will be forthcoming and will be posted here. Please check back for updates and monitor our social media channels.

Broadway in Richmond - March 26, 2020

Broadway in Richmond has announced that all performances of Fiddler on the Roof and The Band’s Visit have been rescheduled for October 6-11, 2020 and December 8-13, 2020 respectively. For patrons with tickets to one or both of these productions, those tickets will be valid for the rescheduled dates. If patrons have a conflict with the new dates, an exchange (within the same show title) may be requested.

To request an exchange, please contact the Etix Customer Support Center at (800) 514-ETIX (3849) or log on to support.etix.com and complete the online form. Please be sure to include the Order # and/or the email address associated with your account. The more information they have, the less time it will take to assist you. Please be patient and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Box Office - March 24, 2020

We have decided to close the Altria Theater Box Office until further notice. Tickets to future events are always available 24/7 via our ticketing partner, Etix, at etix.com, from our Events page or by calling 800-514-ETIX (3849).

We realize that our patrons and guests have a variety of questions regarding their ticket purchases and future shows. At this time, we are asking that all patrons hold on to their tickets as we work with our promoters and live entertainment partners regarding the rescheduling of events, as well as their exchange and refund policies. We will continue to update this page as information changes, so check back often, and follow our social media channels for the latest.

Please understand that these are extraordinary times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this unfortunate situation.

Please stay safe and take care of yourselves and others. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
